Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Allow 7-14 days after order is processed
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method selected.

Domestic Shipping 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Orders over [X amount], standard delivery

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
  • Delivery delays due to carrier issues
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once the reshipment fee is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the items and packaging.

For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but cannot guarantee reimbursement unless the carrier approves the claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes in some countries.
  • Some regions may experience extended delivery times due to customs or local carriers.
